Q. What will be the delivery and setup charges?

The delivery and set-up charge for Decor jobs varies based on delivery and setup time frame. A $55 minimum travel & setup fee is place on all orders over $200.00. This rate may be higher for service outside of normal business hours, for service outside of the general service area or when the delivery/set-up time provided by the client is less than 3 hours. Please call for a firm delivery and set-up charge.

Q. How much notice do I have to give to place an order?

In order to allow time for special order of products to be shipped without additional expedited shipping charges, we recommend that all jobs be booked/confirmed at least one week in advance. Reservations are subject to delivery slot availability at the time the order is placed.

Q. Do the prices include removal of the decor?

NO!, Removal of decor is not included. A quote can be provided if this service is required.

Q. How and when do I have to pay?

Prepayment is required by credit card or check, unless an account has been established. It take 3 week to setup an account.

Q. What if I need to cancel?

• Orders cancelled with a 6+ days notice from event: 20% service charge

• Orders cancelled with a 3-5 days notice from event: 50% service charge

• Orders cancelled with less than 72 hours notice from event: 100% service charge


Q. How long will the balloons last?

Float times vary depending on balloon size, design, and conditions of setup environment.
