Q. When do you deliver?

10 am to 2 pm - Morning Route
Standard delivery charges arrange from $10.00 to $38.00 for orders under $150.00. Deliveries orders over $150.00 are priced on a per job bases. Higher charges may apply in some outlying/remote areas and/or with specific delivery time frames, please feel free to contact us for more details.

Q. Do you have Same Day Service?
Same-day service can be arranged by phone, assuming a delivery slot is available. There is no surcharge for same day service, if order by 11:30 am. Only specific bouquets can be delivered same day.
Q. What if I want a delivery within a specific timeframe?
Any 3 hour period, between 8am and 5pm — $15 delivery surcharge
Any 2 hour period, between 8am and 5pm — $20 delivery surcharge
Any 1 hour period, between 8am and 5pm — $30 delivery surcharge
Delivery between 5am and 7am — $75 delivery surcharge
Delivery between 7am and 9am — $50 delivery surcharge
Delivery between 5pm and 7pm — $50 delivery surcharge
Special Delivery Service must be requested by phone and is subject to the availability of the desired time slot. Once the order is accepted the selected delivery time is guaranteed.
Q. Where do you deliver in the Metroplex
We deliver balloons in the Dallas Metroplex, including most suburbs. Check our Delivery Map to see precisely where we deliver and if there are any additional delivery charges for that area.
Q. What does it cost for delivery?
Charges range from $10 to $40 for our delivery area, Price is determined by distance from our shop based on zip code. Additional charges may be incurred if delivery is outside that 16 mile radius or if additional expenses are incurred during the delivery, i.e. packing fees, hospital charges, tolls, etc... Contact us if you have any questions.
Q. What If The Recipient Is Not On Site?
Orders are delivered within the time frame selected. It is important that customers verify that the recipient will be on site during this time, as it is not feasible to make multiple attempts to deliver. If the recipient is not available, the balloons will be left on site.
Please feel free to call us following your selected delivery time for a confirmation of the delivery. We can tell you exactly when the order was delivered and whether or not the recipient accepted the delivery in person.
Q. How do I Confirm my Order was delivered?
When placing your order, you may request a choice of means by which you would like to be contacted for a confirmation of delivery. In most cases, we will contact you within four hours following the delivery if you request a confirmation.
Q. Can the balloons be delivered everywhere?
The following facilities will not allow latex and/or helium-filled balloons on the premises or have restrictions on the type of balloons permitted.
* Hospitals prefer arrangements of foil balloons over latex balloons.
* Children's Hospital will only accept foil balloons.
* Pediatric departments of all hospitals will accept only foil balloons.
* Public high schools will not allow any balloons; some private high schools will.
* Balloons are not permitted in prisons.
* Balloons are not permitted in some arenas, convention halls, Federal buildings.
Q. How long will helium balloons float?
Latex balloons will float for varying times. The larger the balloon, the longer its floating time. A liquid sealant called Hi-Float, can be used to extend the float time by coating and sealing the inner surface of any latex balloon larger than 9".
11" Balloon 20 hours plain; 6 days with Hi-Float treatment
16" Balloon 40 hours plain; 10 days with Hi-Float treatment
36" Balloon 72 hours plain, 12 days with Hi-Float treatment
Please note the floating time of each balloon or arrangement. These are the approximate times you can expect the balloons to float once they are delivered.
We guarantee to deliver the product you order, to the address you provide, during the time you specify. If we fail to deliver on any one of these points, a full refund will be credited to your credit card account within 24 hours of notification. If any balloons are defective in your arrangement, we will redeliver replacement balloons within 24 hours of notification.
Q. Are balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?
There are two types of balloons - foil (sometimes called mylar) and latex. Foil balloons are not biodegradable, but can be recycled. Latex balloons can't be recycled, but are biodegradable.
